Is space continuous or discrete?

Space is continuous, right? It’s infinitely divisible: you can be anywhere in space.

At least, that’s what physicists have always thought.

Stephen Wolfram thinks differently. His space is not infinitely divisible: you can’t be just anywhere in space. According to Wolfram, there’s a finite number of locations in space: the nodes of the graph.

Is space continuous or discrete? My money’s on discrete.

Enjoy!
